Convenient spot, near the U-Bahn station and shops! 🚇 It's close to City Park Lake and other cool spots to check out.

We liked the location, it was within easy distance of the tube and some useful shops and close to the river where there was a nice restaurant. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. The car parking is good. The safe works well, the free Wifi is a welcome bonus.

The Restaurant only served breakfast which, by the way, was not included in the price of the roomand, in my opinion, was not very good value. The bar was not yet operational. The decor is a bit too stark for my taste. I would only recommend this hotel to business travellers.

The hotel is new and in a nice neighborhood that makes you feel part of the residential rather than tourist part of Hamburg. There were a number of restaurants within a 10 to 15 minute walk and it was also close to a subway stop although you had to change trains (easy to do) to get downtown.

I had no complaints or concerns.

The rooms are so cozy and comfortable, with a seating area to relax after a long day. As a family with small kids, we really enjoyed the extra space. The heated floors in the guestrooms were such a nice touch. It added a warm and luxurious feeling to our stay. The free WiFi in the room was a lifesaver, especially with two little ones. We could easily stay connected and entertained during our downtime. We loved the great rooftop views of Hamburg from our spacious and modern suite. It made our stay even more memorable. The soundproofed rooms with free Sky TV channels were fantastic. We could unwind and watch our favorite shows without any distractions. The bathrooms were so lovely, with rainfall showerheads, slippers, and hair dryers. It felt like we were in a spa! The 24-hour front desk was very convenient. We could always get assistance whenever we needed it. Our double room was perfect, with soundproofing, cable TV, and a minibar. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find bathrobes and a hair dryer in our room. It made us feel like true VIPs.

Personally, we didn't enjoy the soundproofing in our room. It made the space feel a bit enclosed.

Brand new rooms, friendly staff. Definitely recommended. Check if the location is convenient for you. It is perfect if you want to be a little bit farther from the center of Hamburg.

We would happily return for a wonderful experience. It's clean hotel with reasonably large and extremely pleasant rooms and helpful staff. The breakfast was nice, we really enjoyed a great selection of meals.

The hotel has incredibly friendly staff who are always welcoming. The location is perfect; a short walk to Hamburg and the airport. There is a wide selection of fresh food options available.

The room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and an individual safe. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was an amazing bathroom. the location in a really nice area was unbeatable and favorable for us.

The location was super convenient - just a short bus or U-Bahn ride away. The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and I loved that it was served until 11am on weekends. It was a great place for a short stay and the option to donate to charity by skipping daily room cleaning was a nice touch. Easy access to the rest of the city and the nearby supermarket and dining options were a plus. The staff were always helpful and the tea selection was impressive, although a little more guidance on how to use it would have been helpful.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location of this hotel was also a major plus, with it being conveniently close to the subway. This made it easy for us to explore the city and get around without any hassle. Additionally, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. this hotel provided excellent value for money, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.
